Relese® is a fenestrated dehydrated complete human placental membrane (dCHPM) allograft from StimLabs. The fenestrations create a selective barrier: the graft protects the wound from the surrounding environment while allowing wound exudate to drain. StimLabs' patented Clearify® process retains all three layers of the native placental membrane (amnion, intermediate layer and chorion) together with key structural proteins and components.
